Practicing for Spring

Mommy and Daddy got me my very own lawn mower! I am pushing it all around and practicing so that I can help Daddy mow the lawn in the spring!

I love peeking through things and putting everything RIGHT up to my face.

New Discoveries

I made a couple of new discoveries today. First of all our neighbors have these colored lights in their trees. Since I am walking around now I can see out the window from across the room and I noticed the lights. I showed Mommy and then climbed into my chair to get a better look!
I also discovered that I can blow spit bubbles.... BIG ones! Oh joy!

Playing Computer

Daddy has been playing computer with me every night when he gets home while Mommy fixes dinner. I LOVE it! I really like it when it sings songs... I clap to the music. And since I started doing that then I also clap in meeting when we sing!

This takes lots of concentration.

Playtime

I really wanted to go outside yesterday evening and mommy let me but she put this huge coat on me and I couldn't walk very good in it. I actually couldn't really crawl either but I enjoyed it anyways.

Hello!?!? Can you still see me?
Today I tried to make my highchair into a tunnel for my car... it got stuck so then it made a really fun obstacle course for me. Under the highchair... over the car.... Mommy caught me navigating but was to slow getting the camera.
Also, today Keaton didn't crawl at all! He has conquered walking on the wood floor in socks too! All we know is that if we fell as much has he does we would be seriously hurting the next day!!

Our Weekend

We celebrated Daddy's birthday a little early with Grandma and Grandpa this weekend. We got to spend the night and a whole day with them!

Peek! I discovered that I can peek through my legs before I stand up!
Papa and Nana came over to see me walking and I love getting horsey rides from Papa!

Also, I am pretty much walking all of the time now! Friday I was still only walking about 20% of the time but come Saturday I discovered how much fun it really is! Now I only crawl when someone is chasing me and I can't stop to stand up and get walking again!

And we are off...

Tonight Keaton learned how to stand up in the middle of the floor. He did it once yesterday without even knowing what he was doing. Today I realized that every time I would tell him to stand up he knew what it meant so he would crawl to the nearest object stand and walk. Tonight he realized he could do it all by himself! So.... he is off and probably soon to be running!
